Hey. Sorry. I missed this reply. I'm using Preview on Mac, but it must have been an error on my end bc now the tables are working fine on v1.4 and on the new v1.6. Again, sorry (See username for details)

Idk about v1.1-v1.3, but v1.4 no longer has the super handy, clickable table of contents of the original v1.0

No worries. And to be clear, I mean the Table of Contents that shows up in the sidebar of your pdf reader. I'm in Preview on macOS.

Just a heads up, but the pdf table of contents is missing (not pages 2 & 3).

Just a heads up, the bookmarks are doubled in the pdf and do not work when clicked on. Opened in Preview for Mac and Adobe Acrobat.
